Adding features and hours will raise this price but you can see quickly how much I charge for those extras.

VJ OPERATING
All prices are excl. 9% VAT and travel expenses, charging € 0,49 / Km with Arnhem Gld. as point of start and return.
Licensed
All laptops run licensed OS and Licensed Resolume Arena 6 or Arena 7, Chaser and Stageflow and kept updated at all times.
Set suitable for most smaller venues with a simple screen setup.

Workspace 100x100cm á 80 but preferred 100cm height. (see rider)
We bring;
- One laptop.
- One midi-controller.
- Cabling to the processor.
- 230V Cabling.
- Sufficient stock content for the whole night.
- Two simple event logo animations.
- For every DJ a simple “now on stage DJ name/logo” animations.
Suitable for big clubs, indoor festivals with a mapped LED screen.
Max 8 hrs. (23:00-07:00)
Workspace 200×100 á 80 preferred 100cm height. (see rider)
We bring;
- Two or more laptops.
- Two midi-controllers.
- ShowKontrol Live Timecode system. (fully licensed, Wireless setup)
- 2 Wireless DJ cams @720P to show the artist on screen. (needed; 1 (one) 230V outlet in the DJ booth)
- A video-mixer and miniature preview screen.
- Our tourcase filled with a variety of Cat6, USB, SDI, Fiber, extenders, Netgear Gb switches etc.
- All needed cabling for the whole setup and more, for example the LTC towards the lighting desk and lasers (Timecode-audio signal) or the LTC in LAN format for Ableton Sync capable devices.
- More than enough stock content, handpicked from our 15Tb library to meet the atmosphere of the event.
- Two or more event logo animations in style with the artwork and the event.
- At least two different “now on stage” visuals for the performing artists in style with the artwork and the event and their logo on the DJ booth. (if there’s a DJ booth led screen in the stage design)
Suitable for outdoor festivals, main stages, big events etc.

Pricing
MOTION GRAPHIC DESIGN
Quick fix; animating is € 45,- per hour with a minimum of 5 hours.
Intro/End/Timecode show with stock content and some custom work €100,- per minute show.
Custom made shows can’t be priced that way, so I invite you to contact me and explain your idea, then we will work something out that’s both competitive in pricing and fulfilling to your demands.

Fixed Installations
Ranging from €1000,- for a simple cuety setup up to €100.000,- for a complete AV installation in newly build venues.
Almost everything is possible. If you know your wishlist, send an email and I can give you my pricing.
If the project is in the planning and drawing phase, please contact me and we will meet for a lengthy introduction followed by a well founded tender, suited to your needs and wishes. Build with quality brands and a no nonsense approach.
